Albums for Review 2009-03-02

It’s time to order new albums again. You may have noticed that I did not post a list of new albums last month; this is because I was sent an album to review and wanted to focus exclusively on that. I hope to have its review posted on the Music Reviews site either tomorrow or Wednesday.

My new list of albums to purchase is below, with recent purchases crossed out. I should have the albums sometime next week and it normally takes me a week or two to review an album as I listen to each one about 10 or 15 times. Also, I try to mix reviews of recently purchased albums with reviews of albums that I already have. An album may not be reviewed in the same month that it is purchased; this does not imply that the album is of inferior quality, just that it has been placed behind other CDs in my queue.

As always, if you have any suggestions for other artists or albums, or a suggestion for any of the artists where I am unsure of which album to buy, please let me know. I am always looking for new music to add to my collection.
