11 songs not to play today
Since it is Valentine’s Day, I thought that I would suggest 11 songs to not play for you significant other today. Well, unless of course they like their humor dark. Why 11? I felt like giving you all bonus content. 🙂
1 | "You Only Tell Me You Love Me When You’re Drunk" | Pet Shop Boys |
The title says it all. | ||
2 | "A Little Too Late" | Toby Keith |
Just watch the video, you’ll understand.
3 | "Master and Servant" | Depeche Mode |
Well, unless that’s what you’re in to.
4 | "1963" | New Order |
Ceiling Cat says “breaking up with someone, you are doing it wrong!”
5 | "Goodbye" | Gravity Kills |
Talk about dysfunctional relationships.
6 | "Rape Me" | Nirvana |
Er, uhm…What?! | ||
7 | "Go Your Own Way" | Fleetwood Mac |
You might have the wrong idea about what Valentine’s Day is about.
8 | "Reflections" | The Supremes |
No, no, no! Leave people with good memories!
9 | "Saturday Night" | Misfits |
Too many reasons to list.
10 | "Used to Love Her" | Guns N’ Roses |
The chorus "I used to love her but I had to kill her." sums it up.
11 | "Trust" | Megadeth |
"I do not think that word means what you think it means." |
Maybe it’s an older generation – but “50 ways to leave your lover” by Paul Simon would fit this list.
Somehow this one slipped my mind. Consider it number 12.
