Amazon just released six new free sampler CD’s for download. Granted, one of these CD’s is comedy, but the others are all music.<\/p>\n

This equates to 51 new songs for your collection. One of the albums (Open Remix<\/a>) is a remix sampler, which, as its name implies, contains remixes. Three of the albums are promotional samplers from lesser know labels: Arts & Crafts – 2009 Label Sampler<\/a>, Ropeadope Label Sampler<\/a>, and Barsuk Records: 2009 Amazon Digital Sampler<\/a>. Another of the offerings is called Be On The Lookout!<\/a> and, I assume – given the title – contains songs by new artists; I have not heard of any of the artists so, if nothing else, they are new to me. As mentioned, the final album is the Amazon Comedy Sampler [Explicit]<\/a>.<\/p>\n I haven’t had a chance to listen to most of these so far. In fact, I am only about 3\/4 of the way through the “Arts & Crafts 2009 Label Sampler” – which is the first one that I started listening to. I am pretty impressed with this album so far though. There have been a couple of tracks that just didn’t appeal to me, but, for the most part, it has been an enjoyable listen.<\/p>\n I strongly recommend downloading these.
